Abstract: The Nilgiris District, State of Tamil Nadu, occupies third place with a production of 161.49 million kilogrammes of tea in the year 2015–16, while Kerala comes in at fourth place with 56.63 million kilogrammes of tea in the same year. This study is reportedly concentrating on evaluating the members' level of satisfaction with Ithalar Industrial Cooperative Tea Factory Ltd. Within those two states, the regions known for providing tea are the Nilgiris Mountains and the Proper. Himachal Pradesh is another state that produces tea. Karnataka and the North Eastern States However, the aggregate output of these six states in 2015–16 was just 32.37 million kilos of tea.
