Abstract: Gear design to verify stress reduction and stress distribution for forged steel and alloys. Gears are one of the most important elements in mechanical power transmission and most rotating industrial machinery. It is possible that gears will prevail because of their high degree of responsibility and compactness, which will indicate the ease of transmission in future machines.
