The principle idea of this work is to provide ease and comfort to patients while taking appointment from doctors and it withal resolves the issues that the patients has to stand even as making an appointment. The android utility acts as a client whereas the database containing the medical doctor’s info, affected person’s info and appointment info is maintained by using a internet site that acts as a server. Customers need to do matters fast and get the offerings (buying, ticketing, and so forth.) completed as quickly as feasible in present day virtual age, that is why immediacy is becoming the norm. The net has these days emerged as another way of creating appointment for diverse motive and it has reached scientific industry too for making medical doctor appointment online. The main objective was to plan and program a web application for any domain. We progressively will apply the best software engineering practice for web application. As a web application developer we were asked to developed a “E-Health Care MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” using PHP and MySQL. “E-Health Care management system” this system is generally used by faculty. The idea of the application is to allow the Hospital to save and fetch their data with ease, thus the application can help the Hospital to manage and maintain the record digitally. All information fetched from the database server and maintained by administrator. This application plays an important role for Hospital Admin that reduces the workload. Maintenance as well as records can be maintained easily and correctly.
