Connected Vehicle Platforms have become a key component of modern intelligent transportation systems by enabling secure Automotive Telematics, real-time Vehicle-to-Cloud Communication, and cloud-based mobility services. This paper introduces Smart Connect SDK, a scalable cloud-native software development framework designed for Real-Time Vehicle Data Acquisition, intelligent vehicle diagnostics, and advanced Fleet Monitoring. The proposed platform integrates an in-vehicle DataLogger, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and RESTful APIs to continuously capture and transmit vehicle telemetry, sensor information, onboard diagnostic data, and operational status. To ensure secure communication, the platform implements encrypted data transmission, authenticated device pairing, secure API access, and integrity verification, providing strong Automotive Cybersecurity for connected mobility applications. The cloud architecture supports predictive maintenance, remote vehicle diagnostics, geolocation tracking, Over-the-Air (OTA) Firmware Updates, scalable cloud storage, and intelligent fleet analytics, helping reduce maintenance costs while improving operational efficiency. The modular design enables seamless interoperability across multiple vehicle platforms and supports emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence-based predictive analytics, electric vehicle connectivity, autonomous transportation, and Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) Integration. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the proposed Connected Vehicle Platform delivers reliable real-time data communication, secure cloud connectivity, and scalable fleet management capabilities. The Smart Connect SDK provides a flexible and future-ready foundation for connected vehicles, enabling improved driver safety, enhanced fleet performance, optimized vehicle lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making for next-generation intelligent transportation ecosystems.
