Mental health has become a major concern in modern society due to increasing stress, anxiety, and lifestyle challenges. Many individuals hesitate to seek professional help due to social stigma, lack of awareness, and limited accessibility. This paper presents PSYORA, an AI-based NLP chatbot designed to provide emotional support and mental wellness guidance. The system utilizes natural language processing techniques to understand user input and generate meaningful responses. It also includes guided breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help users reduce stress. The application is developed using modern web technologies such as React, JavaScript, and CSS, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly interface. The proposed system aims to provide a simple, accessible, and effective solution for mental well-being.
